1. Who we are

These details precede any distance contract (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komertsiu» vid 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII, st. 7). Use of the site means acceptance of these Terms.
2. Bookings and tours
We publish the tour programme, route, conditions, price and insurance before booking (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro turyzm» vid 15.09.1995 No. 324/95-VR, st. 20). Tour operator activity is licensed; licence details are available on request. Agency activity may not require a licence (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro litsenzuvannia vydiv hospodarskoi diialnosti» vid 02.03.2015 No. 222-VIII).
3. Price and consumer rights
Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise. Pre-contract information on the service, price, terms, risks and dispute resolution is given under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» vid 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII, st. 15. Complaints: contact@ecofrontiezr.com; we reply within 30 days.
4. Personal data
We process personal data to perform the contract and meet legal duties; the controller is ecofrontiezr.com. You may access, correct, erase or restrict your data (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» vid 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, st. 12). See the Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
Cookies are stored or read on your device only with informed consent, except strictly necessary ones; consent can be withdrawn at any time (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronni komunikatsii» vid 16.12.2020 No. 1089-IX, st. 118).
6. Advertising and liability
We make no misleading claims and substantiate benefit statements (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro reklamu» vid 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR). We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control and may update these Terms.
